WaterRower Overview

For over 20 years WaterRower has been combining stylish design, hand crafted workmanship, and ethically sourced material to create the world’s finest rowing simulator.The WaterRower’s patented WaterFlywheel has been designed to emulate the exact dynamics of a boat moving through water.

The WaterRower Natural is hand crafted in solid Ash and stained Honey Oak for consistency of color. Each rowing machine has been hand finished with Danish Oil giving a deep lustre and warmth to the wood.

Wood has been chosen due to its marvellous engineering properties, primary amongst these is its ability to absorb sound and vibration enhancing the WaterRower's smooth and quiet operation.
Ash, like all woods used in WaterRower construction, is a premium hardwood with incredible longevity and dimensional stability.

Features

• Polycarbonate tank - polycarbonate is one of the toughest available plastics; used in such applications as aircraft windshields and bullet-proof glass.

• Engineering benefits of wood - wood provides substantial strength for weight, absorbs sound and vibration and is impervious to the moisture and sweat prevalent in exercise environments.



• Sprag clutch - sprag clutches, as opposed to index-type clutches allow engagement with zero backlash enhancing their durability and smoothness of action. 


• Ergonomic handle design - ergonomic handle is foam coated for comfort and contoured to fit the natural grip of the hand. 



• High strength polyester drive strap - polyester straps are used for military lifting harnesses, are light weight, corrosion resistant and require no lubrication.

Warranty

WaterRower will replace or repair at its factory or nominated service centre any WaterRower or WaterRower component found to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of initial shipment by WaterRower. The Warranty is Upgradeable to a THREE (3) Years on all Components and Five (5) Years on all Wooden Components by registering your WaterRower within the first year of purchase.

This warranty will be invalid if in the opinion of WaterRower the claim has been caused by: (a) accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication or as a result of any modification other than by WaterRower; (b) deterioration due to normal wear and tear (c) improper preventive maintenance steps as described in the WaterRower manual.
